- Payment Information: Billing details and transaction records for employer services. Note: We do not store card details directly. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.

- Usage Data: Pages visited, time spent on pages, click patterns, search queries, and application actions.

- With Other Users: Job seeker profiles are visible to employers using the platform. Job listings posted by employers are visible to job seekers. Messaging between users is visible to the parties involved.
- With Service Providers: We may share information with trusted third-party service providers who assist with payment processing, hosting, analytics, and email delivery. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and use it only for the purposes we specify.
- For Legal Compliance: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or government request.
- To Protect Rights and Safety: We may disclose information to investigate or prevent fraud, security breaches, violations of our terms, or harm to any person or entity.

A private profile will not appear in employer searches, though you can still apply for jobs directly.
9. Employer Data and Job Listings
Employer company profiles and job listings are publicly visible on the platform. By posting, employers consent to this visibility. Employers are responsible for ensuring that their job listings do not contain personal data of third parties (e.g., named references without consent) unless they have obtained appropriate authorization.
10. Third-Party Links
Webpulse may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., company websites in job listings). We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these external sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.
11. Children’s Privacy
Webpulse is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we become aware that we have collected data from a person under 18, we will take steps to delete it promptly.
