Part-Time Lecturer Positions
The university is recruiting part-time lecturers in the following fields:
Health Sciences
Lecturers will teach courses in health-related disciplines. Candidates must have expertise in areas such as public health, nursing, clinical medicine, or other health science fields.
Media, Communication and Design Technologies
Lecturers will teach courses in media studies, communication, graphic design, digital media, and related fields. Experience with multimedia production and design software is an advantage.
Agriculture and Food Systems
Lecturers will teach courses in agricultural sciences, food production, agribusiness, and sustainable food systems. Practical experience in agriculture or food industry is beneficial.
Information Technology, Computing and Artificial Intelligence
Lecturers will teach courses in computer science, software development, data science, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and related IT fields. Current industry knowledge is essential.
Engineering and Applied Technology
Lecturers will teach courses in various engineering disciplines including civil, mechanical, electrical, and applied technology. Professional engineering registration may be required.
Marketing, Procurement and Project Management
Lecturers will teach courses in marketing, supply chain management, procurement, and project management. Professional certifications in these fields are an added advantage.
Human Resource Management and Leadership Development
Lecturers will teach courses in human resource management, organisational behaviour, leadership, and workforce development. Experience in HR practice is beneficial.
Business, Finance and Economics
Lecturers will teach courses in business administration, accounting, finance, economics, and related business fields. Professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CFA are advantageous.
Education Leadership and Training
Lecturers will teach courses in educational administration, leadership theories, curriculum development, and teacher training. Experience in school or university administration is valuable.
PhD Student Supervisor Positions
Student Supervision – Doctor of Philosophy in Business Management
The university seeks qualified academics to supervise PhD students in Business Management. Supervisors must have an earned PhD in Business Management or a closely related field, with a proven track record of research and publication.
Student Supervision – Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Leadership and Policy
The university seeks qualified academics to supervise PhD students in Educational Leadership and Policy. Supervisors must have an earned PhD in Educational Leadership, Education Policy, or a closely related field, with demonstrated experience in doctoral supervision.
Required Qualifications and Competencies
Academic Qualifications
For appointment, candidates must have one of the following:

An earned PhD or equivalent degree qualification in the relevant field from an accredited university
OR
-
A Master’s degree in the relevant field from an accredited university for special cases, with at least three years of teaching experience at university level and registration in good standing for a PhD in the relevant field
Additional Requirements
All candidates must be computer literate with the ability to handle digital content. Part-time lecturers must have the ability to support students online. This includes proficiency with learning management systems, video conferencing tools, and digital communication platforms.
