Position Requirements and Qualifications

Call Center and Customer Support Trainer

Qualifications: Diploma or degree in Communications, Business, Public Relations, or a related field. Three or more years of experience in customer support, call center operations, or quality assurance. Expert knowledge of customer service principles, techniques, and KPIs. In-depth understanding of CRM software, ticketing systems, and telephony systems. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Strong soft skills and ability to manage difficult conversations.


Social Media Marketing Trainer

Qualifications: Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Three or more years of experience managing social media campaigns for diverse brands. Proven ability to develop engaging content strategies and utilize analytics tools for performance tracking. Experience with paid social advertising including Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads. Solid understanding of current social media trends and community engagement.


Digital Marketing Trainer

Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Business, IT or a related field. Two or more years of hands-on experience in digital marketing or related roles. Prior training and teaching experience is an advantage. Solid understanding of social media marketing, SEO, content marketing, Google Ads and Analytics, branding and digital strategy. Relevant certifications such as Meta Blueprint and SEO Certifications are a plus. Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. Patient, supportive and passionate about education and mentorship.


Business Intelligence (BI) Trainer

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or Business Analytics. Three or more years of professional experience in developing Business Intelligence solutions. Expertise in BI tools including Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or Qlik. Strong knowledge of SQL, data warehousing concepts (ETL), data modeling, and reporting. Experience in interpreting complex data sets to provide actionable business insights. Recognized BI certifications are a plus.


Career and Professional Foundations Trainer

Qualifications: Diploma or degree in HR, Counseling, Business, or a related field. Five or more years of experience in career coaching, recruitment, human resources, or career development. Demonstrated knowledge of CV writing, interview techniques, job search strategies, and workplace etiquette. Experience in conducting soft skills training and competency-based assessments. Relevant coaching certifications are highly desirable. Strong mentorship skills and passion for student development.


Procurement and Supply Chain Management Trainer

Qualifications: Diploma or degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field. Two or more years of experience in professional speaking, corporate training, or personal brand consulting. Demonstrated expertise in crafting compelling narratives, audience engagement, and confident delivery. Proven track record in personal brand development including online presence and profile management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


Project Management Trainer

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, IT, Engineering, or a related field. Three or more years of proven project management experience overseeing complete project life cycles. Expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies and project management software including MS Project, Jira, and Asana. Strong knowledge of project budgeting, risk management, stakeholder communication, and quality control.


Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Trainer

Qualifications: Degree in Statistics, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or a related field. Master’s degree is preferred. Three or more years of experience designing and implementing M&E systems, preferably in development or non-profit sectors. Proficiency in logical frameworks, theory of change, and data collection methodologies. Experience with statistical software including SPSS and Stata and digital data collection tools including ODK and KoboToolbox. Strong skills in data analysis, interpretation, and report writing.


Accounting Software Trainer

Qualifications: Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Expertise in at least two major accounting software systems such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero. Professional accounting qualification including CPA or ACCA is a strong advantage. In-depth understanding of fundamental accounting principles, financial statements, and reporting requirements. Strong attention to detail and ability to explain complex financial concepts simply.


Public Speaking and Personal Branding Trainer

Qualifications: Diploma or degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field. Two or more years of experience in professional speaking, corporate training, or personal brand consulting. Demonstrated expertise in crafting compelling narratives, audience engagement, and confident delivery. Proven track record in personal brand development including online presence and profile management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


Data Science Trainer

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Computer Science. Three or more years of professional experience as a Data Scientist. Expertise in Python or R for data manipulation, machine learning, and statistical analysis. Experience with libraries including Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, and TensorFlow or PyTorch. Solid understanding of cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and GCP for data science applications.


Software Engineering Trainer

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Three or more years of practical experience in information security, network security, or ethical hacking. Recognized cybersecurity certifications including CompTIA Security+, CEH, CISSP, or CISM are an added advantage. Strong knowledge of security frameworks, network protocols, operating systems, and threat intelligence. Experience with security tools including SIEM, firewalls, and vulnerability scanners.


Cybersecurity Trainer

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Three or more years of practical experience in information security, network security, or ethical hacking. Recognized cybersecurity certifications including CompTIA Security+, CEH, CISSP, or CISM are an added advantage. Strong knowledge of security frameworks, network protocols, operating systems, and threat intelligence. Experience with security tools including SIEM, firewalls, and vulnerability scanners.


Virtual Assistant (VA) Trainer

Qualifications: Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Communications, IT, or a relevant field. Three or more years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in an administrative support role. Mastery of productivity tools including Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and project management software. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of standard VA tasks including calendar management, email handling, research, and basic bookkeeping. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.


Data Analysis Trainer

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Business Analytics. Two or more years of hands-on experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar data-centric role. Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages including Excel, SQL, and Python. Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau. Solid understanding of statistical analysis methods and data modeling. Recognized certifications such as Google Data Analytics Certificate are a plus.


Graphics Design Trainer

Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Creative Media, or a related field. Three or more years of professional industry experience in graphic design including branding, layout, and illustration. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual communication. Prior teaching or mentorship experience is a strong advantage. A strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency across various design media is required.
