Program Highlights
The Young Graduate Trainee Program offers an 18-month structured development journey. Participants receive local training and regional exposure across Rubis operations. The program provides mentorship by senior leaders and industry experts, real-world business experience, and cross-functional rotations across key departments. Trainees also have the opportunity to participate in strategic projects and gain regional exposure within Rubis operations.
What the Program is Looking For
Rubis Energy Kenya seeks candidates with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Customer focus and commercial awareness are essential. Adaptability and learning agility are highly valued, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Teamwork and collaboration are critical, and candidates must demonstrate leadership potential.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must hold an Upper Second-Class Degree or above, graduated within the last two years. Eligible degree disciplines include Engineering, Business, Finance, Marketing, Procurement and Supply Chain, Information Technology, Legal, or related fields.
Candidates must have achieved a minimum KCSE mean grade of B Plus. The age limit for applicants is 26 years and below.
