- Job Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Deputy Director Human Resource and Administration, the selected candidate will be responsible for: i) Administering leave management processes, including tracking balances and providing reports; ii) Preparation of employment contracts; iii) Assisting in the coordination and management of internship programmes in line with the stipulated guidelines and policies; iv) Coordinating training logistics including budgeting, travel, documentation, and related administrative support; and v) Maintaining staff training records, reports, and evaluation feedback to inform continuous improvement in training programmes.
- Minimum Job Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Public Administration, Business Administration, Business Management, Industrial Relations or equivalent qualifications from a recognized institution.
