About the Programme

Deloitte is one of the largest professional services firms in the world. Their East Africa practice has offices in Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, and Ethiopia.

What You Will Do

As an Associate or Analyst in the programme, you will:

  • Learn and apply Deloitte standards and procedures on client assignments

What You Need to Qualify

Education

  • A bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a minimum of Second Upper Division

  • For Actuarial roles, a degree in Actuarial Science with Second Upper Division

Graduation Year

  • You must have graduated in 2024, 2025, or 2026

  • Your studies must be complete by April 24, 2026

  • If your degree certificate is not yet ready, attach a letter of completion from your university

KCSE (for Kenya applicants)

  • Minimum overall grade of B

  • At least a B in both Mathematics and English

Citizenship

  • Kenyan citizens apply for Kenya positions
